All warranty claims need to be placed directly with the Manufacturer. Kosher Cell is removed from that process.

The two models Regular and Pro are identical in every way except the camera: same durable flip design, same apps, and all the same configurations (such as Talk & Text and Talk & Media). The Pro simply has an upgraded, higher-quality camera. See the Camera section for details.

What is the Wonder Phone?

A kosher basic flip phone. The Pro model adds an upgraded camera — that is the only difference; both models take photos only (no video). For hardware issues, email us or contact Wonder directly at 845-200-2323.

What is the Wonder Talk-Only phone?

This is a hardware/firmware-locked talk-only model. It cannot be updated to add SMS/texting — there's no remote setting we can flip.

Can I add SMS/MMS to a Wonder Talk-Only phone?

No. The Wonder "Talk-Only" model (WPO1-TO) is a hardware/firmware-locked talk-only device — we cannot add texting to it.

For hardware service on Wonder Phone devices specifically, you can contact Wonder directly at 845-200-2323 — they often have the fastest turnaround on Wonder-specific repairs. We're also happy to help; let us know either way.

Which kosher phones have GPS navigation like Waze or Google Maps?

The MegaLife F1, Kyocera 4831, Wonder Phone, and all koshered Samsung/Pixel smartphones support Waze and/or Google Maps. The Qin F30 includes built-in Waze. Talk-only models have no navigation.

Do Kosher Cell phones work on Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile?

Our phones are unlocked and work on major US carriers and MVNOs, or on our own Teltik-based plans. One note: Verizon lines sometimes need "CDMA-less" features removed by Verizon support to fix missing texts.

Are kosher phones safe for teens who try to bypass restrictions?

Yes. The filter is built into the phone's operating system — it is not an app that can be deleted or switched off. Even a factory reset will not remove it: the phone stays kosher.
